Ingredients – 100% Red Lentil (No Rice Flour/No Maida/No Wheat)\
Expiry Date – 2 years from the Manufacturing date\
Cooking Instruction:
- Bring 1-2 ltr (4-8 cups) of generously salted water to a rolling boil
- Add the pasta & maintain a rolling boil uncovered until desired softness is achieved
Al Dente – cook for 6 mins
Just Right – cook for 7 mins
Soft – 8+ mins - Drain & rinse pasta under water
- Add to your favourite sauce, vegetables and garnishing and serve fresh
Flavour Note: Neutral taste – closest to wheat pasta. Goes well with all cuisines. Try in your favourite pasta preparation and don’t be scared to get creative!
