Masoor dal is often used in daily Indian cuisine, leaving wheat & rice behind has never been this easy! Use these noodles in both Asian and Italian dishes for a protein packed, nutritious meal.
Cooking Instruiction :
- Bring 1-2 ltr (4-8 cups) of generously salted water to a rolling boil
- Add the fettuccine nests and maintain a rolling boil. Use a fork to separate the nests and cook uncovered until desired softness is achieved
Al Dente – cook for 10 mins
Just Right – cook for 11 mins
Soft – 12+ mins - Drain & rinse pasta under water
- Add to your favourite sauce, vegetables and garnishing and serve fresh
Flavour Note: Neutral taste – closest to wheat noodles. Goes well with all cuisines. Try in your favourite pasta preparation and don’t be scared to get creative!
