Our signature wine-alt has the color, acidity, and flavour profile of a sparkling rosé. Certified organic, sun-dried damask rose petals from Rajasthan combine with grapes and French wine-making techniques to produce a floral, tannin-rich, medium-dry sparkler. Pairs well with a wide range of foods, including Indian and Continental fare. Rose balances the Sadhaka Pitta, the subdosha of Pitta that governs the emotions and their effect on the heart.
