We used Bhut Jolokia (aka ghost pepper), the hottest chilli pepper in the world to fire up our regular Kimchi. Enjoy this extra spicy Kimchi in your fried rice, noodles or as a condiment to your meals for that added zing. Depending on your spice tolerance, start with a couple of spoons to begin with.
Ingredients:- Napa Cabbage, Ro Water, Salt, Garlic, Onion, Korean Chilli Flakes (Gochu Garu), Soya Sauce, Spring Onion, Apple, Pear, Radish, Carrot, Leek, Rice Flour, Sugar, Ginger, Ghost Pepper (Bhut Jolokia), Seaweed, Xanthan Gum.
