1.Cordyceps Sinensis Elixir
Gently rinse 1-2 strands of our real Cordyceps Sinensis under cold water.
Boil to Perfection:
In a pot, expertly simmer-boil 1-2 full body strands in 2 cups of water for a minimum 10-15 minutes. Witness the elixir unfold as it reduces to 1 cup, capturing the essence in a robust
elixir.

2. Cordyceps Sinensis Stew:
Ingredients:
- 1-4 dried Cordyceps sinensis (whole mushroom or slices)
- 1-2 cups of vegetable or chicken broth
- Various vegetables and seasoning (optional)
Instructions:
- In a pot, add 1-2 cups of vegetable or chicken broth.
- Add 1-4 dried Cordyceps sinensis to the broth. You can also include other vegetables like
- carrots, mushrooms and onions for added flavor and nutrition.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer on low to medium heat.
- Let the stew cook for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the Cordyceps to
soften. - Once the stew is ready, you can enjoy it as a nourishing and healthy meal.
3.Cordyceps Sinensis Milk Infusion:
Ingredients:
- 1-2 dried Cordyceps sinensis (whole mushroom or slices)
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of water
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of water.
- Add 1-2 dried Cordyceps sinensis, as pieces or whole mushroom, to the mixture.
- Place the saucepan on the stove over medium heat and bring the liquid to a gentle boil.
- Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Allow the Cordyceps to infuse with the milk and water, extracting its beneficial compounds during the simmering process.
- After 15 minutes, the liquid will have reduced to approximately one cup and the
Cordyceps will have imparted its essence to the milk.
Serving Suggestion: You have to consume the whole mushroom pieces along with the infused
milk.
