How To Use:
Acacia Fibre does not dissolve easily, please follow the directions as follows:
- First, put it in a cup then added the water and stir. Let it rest, then again stir. You have to do it at least 3 times but it will dissolve completely.
- A 1-tablespoon serving of the powder has 6 grams of fibre, which provides about 20 per cent of the recommended dietary allowance, of fibre for adults.
- Acacia powder can be consumed on its own as a supplement. It is important to consume the powder — as much as 1 tablespoon — with at least 8 ounces of fluids, such as water or juice.
