Tomme De Bombai, based on the classic Tomme De Savoie our cheese is aged for 2 months and develops a beautiful rustic rind with a creamy and airy texture, aromas of ripe pear and mango and an unmistakable scent of apricot.

Sits beautifully as a table cheese, but we just love the way it melts, use it in your sandwich or on your pizza and see it ooze. Almost raclettish in its behaviour your going to love this one!
