International Shipping
Orders and Shipping Policy : Once the order is placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm the receipt of your order and email you again to confirm dispatch.
The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handling them over to our trusted delivery partners. If during packaging a particular product we find that such product is near expiry or cannot be shipped due to restrictions as per the destination country, then we will issue a refund of the amount paid for that particular product. Such refund will be made to the original mode of payment.
Kindly note that once the order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse to take delivery of the order, however please note that in such cases we will be able to issue a refund only when the order is received back to us at our warehouse. Refund will only be made of the order value after subtracting the shipping charges incurred for sending the order to the destination country and back to us.
Customer Duties & Other Charges:
You agree to pay the custom duties and/ or any other charges that are required to be paid to the authorities of the destination country as per the prevailing norms. These charges are neither part of the order value nor the shipping charges and are required to be paid to the local authorities directly by the users. If the order is returned back to us due to non failure of payment of custom duties and/ or any other charges, then refund will only be made of the order value after subtracting the shipping charges incurred for sending the order to the destination country and back to us.
Estimated Delivery Time: The parcels are typically shipped within 2 - 3 days of receiving the order. The order typically takes 7-10 business days to arrive from the date of shipment. We endeavor to deliver the order within or before the estimated delivery date, however, at times there may be delays due to unavoidable and undetermined circumstances that are beyond our control like if the order is held by the custom authorities, etc. In such cases, we would request our users to cooperate.

We only accept refund if the product that you have received is damaged or expired. No refund for damaged products will be entertained after expiry of 24 hours from the time of delivery of the products. For sake of clarity, the time of delivery mentioned by our delivery partners shall be deemed to be correct and final.
In case of damaged product, we would require through WhatsApp on +919910204633 (a) an ‘unboxing video’ clearly showing the product(s) in its damaged condition.
(b) clear pictures showing the damaged product(s). You understand that we need these for raising dispute with the courier company/aggregator. We will not be able to process your claim in case of any failure to fulfil the above requirements.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Products perceived by customers as “near expiry” or “inferior” or the like however well within the consumable period shall not be eligible for refund.
If the delivery of the order is returned to us by the courier company due to reasons included but not limited to non-availability of the recipient or order rejection or incomplete address or area non serviceable, then we shall issue a refund of the order value only subject to terms mentioned hereunder. For the sake of clarity, shipping charges incurred for sending to the shipping address and back to our warehouse/store shall not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds : If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
