Bold, powerful black tea from the Assam region of India. CTC Gold is a blend of Assam Organic tea leaves and Organic CTC Chai. Black tea adds a briskness and astringency to the infusion and easily accommodates the addition of milk.

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS

WATER
Take 180 ml or 3/4th cup of water.

TEMPERATURE
For best infusion, get the water temperature right to 90’C-95’C (194’F-199’F)

QUANTITY OF LEAVES
Use 2-3 g or 1 tsp. of loose leaves.

TIME
Infuse the leaves for 2-3 mins.

CONDIMENT
Can be served with dash of milk.
