Not completely traditional, but this miso has been fermented for 5 months. It’s got slight roasted notes, being a shiro miso style it is a on the sweeter side and has a really nice mellow flavour that’s got a nice balance of sweet, savoury and salty.

Ingredients: White Soybeans, Chickpeas, Rice Culture (Koji), Salt
