Pasta Dance Steps
1. Keep water to boil adding 2 tsp salt. Put on some peppy music and start your favourite dance. (Remember no one is looking)
2. Once the water bubbles add the pasta while twirling to the beat.
3. With ladle in hand enjoy your shoulder & waist twists for 5-6 mins.
4. Sieve the pasta and rinse it with cold water once before adding it to the sauce
5. Heat the sauce in a pan & add some pasta water to reach your desired consistency. *
6. Just toss the pasta in your favourite sauce for 30 sec and serve hot
Doing Balle Balle switch off the gas.
Remember it’s the calories you are burning.
