HOW TO COOK

• Take some water in a vessel add a pinch of salt.
• Bring to a boil for 7 mins. 5mins for al dente.
• Add in & boil smart grain pasta (4-5mins).
• Meanwhile in another pan, prep some olive oil & garlic with slow cooked italian red sauce & fresh dried herbs.
• Drain the pasta under cold water. Mix with your choice of fresh veggies like basil, tomatoes or mushrooms put all that yummy together
• Enjoy it hot with hand – grated thick mozzarella (cheese of your choice), seasonings & garnish
