North American soybeans (not genetically modified) with very small grains are processed for a plump texture. It does not come with sauce and mustard, so it is perfect for cooking pasta and other dishes. To season it, mix with your favourite sauce such as soy sauce, white soy sauce, ponzu sauce, kimchi.
