Dried maize (corn) is stone ground to prepare  Maize flour. The source of H2H maize flour is Bhagirathi valley of Uttarakhand.

Stone ground Maize flour is better than milled flour as stone grinding process helps preserve the nutritional quantities of corn.

Maize flour is generally used to prepare rotis – famously known as “makke ki roti”.
