Grilled Jumbo Prawns with Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

• 500g Frozen Jumbo Prawns, thawed and peeled
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 4 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

• Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
• In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
• Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
• Thread the thawed and peeled Jumbo Prawns onto skewers, making sure they are evenly spaced.
• Place the prawn skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque, basting them with the garlic butter sauce.
