Fish & Seafood Seasoning - Aum Fresh - 40gm

Recipe:

• Pour Fish Fry Mix into shallow dish.
• Moisten the fish and add water and milk.Coat the fish and remove the excess liquid.
• Fry with mix, let stand for 5 minutes, pour oil in deep fry saucepan, add fish to it.
• Fry 3 to 5 minutes.
• Fish is done when golden brown fish flakes easily with fork.

Uses

• It is a flavorful blend for fish, oyster, shrimp, meat or vegetable, cutlets, egg plant, crawfish, poultry, pork before grilling, gumbos and sauces.
• Use with meat & Seafood before grilling.
