Gulmeher is a collective of erstwhile waste-pickers & other disadvantaged women in Ghazipur, New Delhi, We use up-cycled, Eco-Friendly materials to make intricate hand-crafted products.
For an eco-friendly Diwali, we bring to you 24 earthen diyas containing natural soy wax and individually cut and pasted real dried flowers. Soy wax is a processed form of soybean oil, which makes it a better alternative to paraffin wax, which is made from petroleum oil. Soy wax also burns slower than paraffin wax, giving you a candle/diya that lasts longer.
