PROCESS

Our meticulously sourced cocoa beans are fermented for seven days and dried for another seven. We then roast and hull them to extract cocoa nibs. These nibs are slow-conched to bring out the rich textures and fine flavours of chocolate that we all love. Every step of the process is crafted to accentuate the natural flavours of cocoa without the use of any artificial ingredients.

Pure dark chocolate, this bar is a versatile choice for any recipe that calls for unsweetened cocoa or chocolate, including baked goodies, granola, energy bars. It is a richer alternative to cocoa powder and gives your desserts depth and texture. As it contains no sugar, you can add in your own sweeteners like stevia, dates or unrefined sugar, retaining the health benefits of cocoa while enjoying the indulgence of chocolate.
