PROCESS

Our meticulously sourced cocoa beans are fermented for seven days and dried for another seven. We then roast and hull them to extract cocoa nibs. These nibs are slow-conched to bring out the rich textures and fine flavours of chocolate that we all love. Perfectly roasted almonds pair well with our smooth chocolate. Every step of the process is crafted to accentuate the natural flavours of cocoa without the use of any artificial ingredients. 

INGREDIENTS

Rich cocoa beans, roasted almonds and natural vanilla extract come together in this chocolate, bringing alive the flavours in their truest form. This chocolate has zero added sugar! It is sweetened with isomalt, a prebiotic with very low GI.

FLAVOUR

A classic combination, with no added sugar. The deep notes of roasted almond add flavour and crunch to smooth dark chocolate.
