PROCESS

Our meticulously sourced cocoa beans are fermented for seven days and dried for another seven. We then roast and hull them to extract cocoa nibs. These nibs are slow-conched to bring out the rich textures and fine flavours of chocolate that we all love. Every step of the process is crafted to accentuate the natural flavours of cocoa without the use of any artificial ingredients.

Sprinkle them on top of ice-cream or icing, bake a batch of fudgy chocolate chip cookies, or melt them for ganache—these chocolate chips are very versatile
