We are thrilled to launch our newest cheese - a gorgeous Fresh Ricotta! Its beauty lies in the light, fluffy, creamy texture that is indulgent and luxurious. Soy-free, high in protein, and very nutritious, this ricotta is made from watermelon seeds, cashews, a dash of pink salt - and nothing else.

It’s perfect in lasagnas, pasta shells or spread on sourdough drizzled with a bit of olive oil and chilli flakes.
