These chana are sourced from Rajasthan's family of farmers for many generation who use the correct traditional farming practices. Besan is a high in fibre and plant protien which allows it to have versatile usage. Satvyk's Besan is made by stone-grounding Chana dal at a very low RPM (Rotation per minute ) allowing no heat to generate and the Besan we get is of the finest quality with all nutrients intact.
