Casarecce is originally from Sicily and is also characteristic of other southern Italian regions. The pasta is shaped like a smooth parchment rolled up and folded in at the top. It is homemade with 100% organic whole wheat to keep the fibers and nutrients intact with a natural flavor. The smooth and slightly porous surface is ideal for all types of sauces.
