Rosehips are the pods that form the base of the wild rose (Rosa brunonii). Rose hip mint tea has a tangy flavour best known for high content of vitamin C (More than oranges).  It also contains vitamin A, D and E, and antioxidants. Taken in the form of tea (always without milk) it strengthens the immune system and fights stomach and bladder infections.
