The favoured rice of the Peshwa rulers, our Organic Ambemohar Rice has recently been Geographically tagged to the Mulshi region of Pune district in the eastern foothills of the Sahyadri range in Maharashtra. It makes the best local Rice Khanji or Bhataji Pej. It’s cooked on auspicious occasions and festivities.
