Crispy Prawn Tacos

Ingredients:

• 500g Frozen Small Prawns, thawed
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 cup buttermilk
• Vegetable oil for frying
• Taco shells
• Shredded lettuce
• Diced tomatoes
• Chopped cilantro
• Lime wedges

Instructions:

• In a shallow bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
• Dip the thawed and peeled Frozen Small Prawns into the buttermilk, then coat them in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
• Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
