How to relish-: 

 1 Pour 200ml of water that has almost reached its boiling point over two grams or one and a half tea spoons of tea into a teapot. (always put the tea leaves first and then water). Alternatively, put two grams of tea in the S’yuo Cha Leaf Locker strainer and dip it in a hot glass of water. 

1. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
2. Use natural, healthy sweetener only if needed (our teas taste amazing on their own)
