Usage:

Nolen Gur is most famous for the preparation of bengali sweets in the winter months. The shops are full of Nalen Gur flavoured sweets like sandesh , chum chum, jalebi ,rasgulla and so much more.

This natural sugar syrup is so delicious to eat with warm toast or drizzled on some caramelised fruits like pineapple and banana.

The nolen gur is also well liked as a warm syrupy topping on cold ice creams and custards.

Adding some nolen gur to a warm puranpoli is a heavenly combination.
