Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances including, but not limited to, non-availability or temporary shortage of products, unforeseen operational issues, weather conditions, natural events, traffic or transportation disruptions, holidays, regulatory restrictions, or delays, failures or service disruptions by third-party courier and logistics partners.

In the event of such delays, Nature’s Soul will make reasonable efforts to facilitate the delivery and, where appropriate, keep the customer informed. However, Nature’s Soul shall not be held liable for any delay, loss, inconvenience, or indirect consequence arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including delays attributable to third-party courier or logistics service providers.

By placing an order with Nature’s Soul, the customer acknowledges and accepts that estimated delivery timelines are subject to the above circumstances and that Nature’s Soul cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date or time unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
