Cooking Advice

• Take the required quantity of Just Organik Bedmi Poori Atta in a bowl.

• Add 1–2 tsp oil (optional) and mix well.

• Gradually add lukewarm water and knead into a firm dough.

• Cover and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

• Divide into small portions, roll into pooris, and deep fry till golden brown.
