Our newest addition to Harvest '25 is a roasters' favourite from last season. Sourced from one of our oldest partners and processed using the washed method, we've roasted this coffee light. The resulting cup is one rich in clarity and nuance.  

It opens with molasses on the nose, leading into a silky mouthfeel. Notes of mosambi, cane sugar, and peach carry through in each sip, followed by a sweet aftertaste that lingers. Expect medium body and sweetness, low bitterness, and a bright, citrusy acidity.  

Our roasters recommend brewing it black, either as a Pour Over or using an AeroPress.
