How To Cook:
- Mix 400G Sourdough Flour In Water And Rest For 40 Minutes
- Mix Salt (9g), Honey (27g), Active Yeast (7g), Milk Powder (30g), Butter (28g Soft) For 2-3 Minutes With Autolyzed Dough. Cover And Rest For 5 Mins. Mix For Another 5-6 Mins.
- Proof The Dough At Room Temperature For 40-60mins (90 Mins On Colder Days).
- Shape The Dough Into Log And Transfer Into Baking Tin.
- Proof The Dough Second Time For 40-60mins (90 Mins On Colder Days). The Dough Will Double In Volume
- Pre Heat Oven For 30-40 Mins And Bake At 210 Celsius to 30-40 mins With Steam In The Oven.
- Transfer Into A Cooling Rack Slice When Completely Cooled Down
