Ingredients: Water (purified), Barnyard millet(Sanwa/Samak/Oodhalu), Urad dal (unpolished), Poha (Red rice poha 2%), Salt(Rock salt) and Methi.

Easy to Use:

• Bring the batter to room temperature.
• Since it’s an urad dal based fermented food, it may look and smell
  differently when you open the pack, don’t worry just “MIX WELL”.
• All ingredients along with salt are perfectly blended. You may add a bit more if you prefer.
• For dosas, add little water to get your desired consistency.
